Headquartered in the Lafayette-Oxford-University (L-O-U) community, the Sigma LOU Group, LLC is a residential development and investment group that has the vision to see opportunities that others have ignored. Our group formed to build dynamic new living environments and redevelop properties to improve the livability and to provide needed solutions to this growing community. We are motivated to establishing and maintaining affordable housing with exceptional value and uncompromising standards within the L-O-U community.
We strongly believe that our respect for the communities that we work is fundamental to the overall success in creating the vibrant and enduring opportunities for our residents and neighbors to thrive.

We work together closely with for-profit, non-profit, government partners, and financial institutions to achieve mutual goals to ensure that our redevelopments are affordable and become jewels of the local community.
We strive to integrate beautifully design elements into our residential housing redevelopments, but also construct the properties to be functional and sustainable. We are committed to a higher standard of property revitalization.
We view our neighborhoods with a long-term approach by building great places to live, play, and work today, as well as looking towards tomorrow. We incorporate thoughtful design and urban planning principles into each development. These developments will remain relevant for generations to come.

The Sigma LOU Group is a diversified real estate and development group developed by individuals of different professional backgrounds (business, project managing, financial planning, accounting, engineering, community organizing, education, real estate etc). Our group is a concerned, trusted, efficient, creative and powerful team of professionals assembled to create a more socially sensitive, diverse, driven group of investors for the housing market in L-O-U community. Our purpose is to invest in residential real estate to make housing more affordable for mid to low income families, which will improve the standard of living for many of the Lafayette-Oxford-University community citizens.
